Really enjoyable stay for the price.

Brand-new and compact units with seaside view, a balcony, as for instance.

You'll thank me later
The sea view from our room was fine, but that was the highlight. Poor cleanliness marred our stay with mouldy corners and an unkempt balcony. The staff was friendly, yet inadequate amenities like the absence of a hair dryer detracted from the experience. Proceed with caution if you're seeking comfort.

The location was easy, a 10-15 minute walk from Treasure Island. The rooms were cheap and budget with required things, like a work desk, a multi-channel television and a coffee machine.

The sea view from the balcony was stunning, but the thin curtains let in too much morning light, which disturbed my sleep.

The family room offered a beautiful sea view. The room lacked cleaning service during our three-night visit, and we found the bathroom conditions subpar, with stains and mold present. Despite the cute atmosphere from the friendly staff and convenient location near local eateries, significant cleaning issues detracted from our overall experience.

The spaciousness and airy feel of my room had me feeling lighter than a feather, and the fine sea view was a balm for my soul. Such natural beauty right outside my window was uplifting.
Need better bathroom ventilation and upkeep.

Had a blast with friends here! We loved the sea view room and the chill vibe. Perfect for a day at the beach and a night out. Make sure to check out the pier! Great staff who held our bags post-checkout. No breakfast, but plenty of nearby eateries.
The room could use more electric sockets. It was tricky for us to charge our devices.

It was just a great match for a quick break in Eastbourne with good value. The staff remembered me from my last stay and even set my table by the window. Make sure to check if they have your preferred seating ready.

The seafront view from the family room was absolutely stunning, providing a perfect backdrop for our stay. The spaciousness and airy feel of the room added to the comfort, making it a great place to relax after our day out. I did notice that the bathroom needed better ventilation and upkeep, which was a bit disappointing.
